As part of our services, we offer repair welding and overhaul of worn and damaged parts and structures.

REPAIR WELDING

Thanks to many years of experience and a skilled team of certified welders for REL, TIG, and MIG/MAG welding processes, we perform repairs and refurbishment of structures and damaged machine parts.

The process includes damage analysis, selection of appropriate welding technology, and final quality inspection. Repairs can be carried out in our facility or on-site. If necessary, reinforcements can also be installed.

We use high-quality filler materials and controlled procedures.

We most commonly repair:

  • worn shafts, bearing seats and housings, connecting rods, and similar parts
  • cracks in structures and tanks
  • damaged machine elements and welded assemblies
  • structures requiring refurbishment or reinforcement

All repairs are carried out according to a standardized procedure, ensuring consistent and high-quality restoration and reducing the risk of future failures.

Damage analysis

Each repair is preceded by a detailed damage analysis using visual, penetrant, magnetic, or ultrasonic (UT) methods.

Controlled Welding Process

After the analysis, the welding procedure is defined in detail:

  • method of preparing the damaged area,
  • welding process parameters,
  • filler material,
  • preheating procedure,
  • welding position and sequence, etc.

Repairs are carried out by certified welders under professional supervision.

Final inspection

After the repair, a final non-destructive inspection of the welds is carried out.

If possible, the critical area can be reinforced with additional strengthening.

MACHINE OVERHAUL

We perform partial and complete machine overhauls, including disassembly, inspection, replacement of worn parts, and final testing.

Our goal is to restore the machine to full functionality with minimal production downtime. If necessary, we manufacture new parts according to drawings or samples.
